Weather: Rainy and windy
Comments:
Still work on good form running. I am running faster and my legs don't hurt. On the other hand, they are tired, especially my quads. I wasn't totally midfoot striking, but shorter strides are helping me not heel strike so much. My shins thank me. Mile 1: 8:13 Mile 2: 8:10 Mile 3: 8:38 Mile. 5:4:19
