met everyone at 4:30 at the varsity like usual. During our warm up mile Ty and I stopped to pee and ran the rest together talking about my training and how he is expecting me to run pretty well this track season and I couldnt be more excited. Time to wreck shit. Just have to be patient and keep these first couple weeks on the mild side. Ty, Molloy, Knouse, Simon, Casey, and I did the regular saucon valley loop except until we got to the rite aid and the traffic was bad so we just continued on straight until we got to the pizza shop and then just turned left. Overall a good run. It feels like the smoothness of my stride is coming back. Did four strides on the field behind the varsity house with the boys and they felt pretty good. As im sitting here my legs feel extremely fresh for some reason.
