Comments:
I guess we are tapering a bit right now which I don't mind at all. Still feeling very sore actually but alright. Good talk by coach fio today regarding seabiscuit and risk taking. Plan tomorrow is to go out as easy as possible in the top pack, whenever someone makes a move, I will go with them. I'm giving myself a little leaway in that I'm accepting that someone might pass me and get a small lead, but I will keep it close and when I cross the road, there is about 1000m left and I will kick from there. Tomorrow is the day to feel fast, build confidence, and believe. Tomorrow is the first step, so I might as well make it count. I'm ready
