Comments:
Calves were about a 2.5 on the pain chart today. Irritating but tolerable and I don't think it should really of affect my race. We did 4 race starts after. Good talk with coach Fio today. I'm pumped for tomorrow and ready to go. I plan to be up there with James at the mile and then work the downhill. Tomorrow's a day to build confidence and to get ready for sectionals. I'm ready to go.
