ran with abby today! :) yay! uhm uh uhm, i felt good today! we were talking most of the time too! haha. but yeah. hips didnt feel as tight. overall, a good day!

splits (i lost my watch but this is what i remember abby telling me): 9:38, ..., 9:26? im guessing the time based on what i remember getting at the stoplight when coming back. :P

cadence: 89, 91.
