Decided to feel out the lower end of the pace range to get a feel for it and just to test my fitness level. I ended up below my range so I still need to tweak my pacing. Overall I felt pretty positive about this run. It was by no means easy, but I wasn't going tempo or even sustained effort pace either. Good step.
