Weather: very nice weather. Warmed up at end a little

Comments:
Morgan Hill Half. Did whole thing solo as there were 2 guys 5 minutes up on me and 4th place was 10 minutes back. Didn't feel very good. Cramping, trouble breathing and just plain not being in race shape. Did n't help I spent Friday and Saturday drinking and playing golf. Big improvment next year.
