Comments:
UAA course review, beautiful day and course. I really like it. I am trying to block out my foot as much as I can while also being conscious of it so we don't ruin anything in two weeks. A difficult balance to achieve.
Legs feel pretty good. Left is a bit sore form the wonderful boot but otherwise ok.
Stretch, roll.
