Weather: colddd, windy. 40s.

Comments:
ran with abby today, in the beginning of my run, i could feel my shins tense up but after about 10 minutes, they felt so much better. ran on the grass as much as possible, i hate the cement. after strides, my shins felt amazing. breathing was amazing today. nervous for tomorrow!
