Comments:
Ran for twenty minutes with Daryl Marquis burrito Enrique and I think that's it. We ran for 20 mins at the Hilton and then did 4x 100m. I ran the strides with Daryl. Calves and foot were good. I'm curious to how my calves will do tomorrow in a race.
