Got on the bike for about an hour and a half. Went easy for about 20 min. and then started alternating 10 minutes at about 105 RPM, Resis. 13, with 3 minutes rest. This kept my HR up at 150 - 155 for those hard intervals...going straight for an hour it is quite difficult to keep it up that high, so this worked well :)
I did 4 intervals and was only gonna do 5 minutes for the last, but then I listened to Right Above It, and finished out the time.
Stretch, roll, hips.
