awesome workout. i was wearing just shorts and so like after the first hard mile i was kind of shocked at how much the cold caused my legs to tighten up. but i was feeling good today. i generally stayed mentally strong. 455ish the first mile, then 552 mile tempo. the 1200 was 350, got a little bit mentally weak because i think the 1200 is like the hump of the workout. the mile tempos all went pretty well. the 800 i decided to step up and i ran hard but fell off a bit towards the end. strong mile tempo. then 400 in about 65s, miletempo was good. the last set felt really calm, like the eye of the storm, but disguises the true nature of the beast. im back in the game
