Comments:
treadmill, right b4 pt
right calf began getting tight again, continued same process of gait retraining. Everything starting to seem to mix together, maybe starting to integrate and change form a bit?
Kat at PT felt R knee flexion improved from before.
No knee pain. R calf/soleus 3/10. Became more sore after therapy.
mostly 7 mph, up to 7.6 at very end for short period of time.
