Comments:
7x hill repeats at trash mountain on the left side. Averaged about 67-68 sec for each one. Slower than last time as I tried to push Adam. Figure staying closer to him would be helpful for him and I'm saving my legs for Track or hill workout with Mike and Jon tomorrow.
