Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
2 parts to run--first 3 ran at a decent pace--not too fast but enough to get heart rate past the "easy run" state. More like steady state. At 3 we turned around and I stopped my watch and set it for a cool down (like when I do a 20 min. tempo). We then ran a very slow mile 4 and picked it up a bit for the last mile with some leap frogs at the end.
