8x400 at American University. This was the first interval workout about which I can sincerely say I felt somewhat good and during which I maybe had a little fun. I managed to walk away not feeling horrible and putting myself down for the rest of the evening, letting it bleed over into my homework as I usually do. Sometime during the middle of a cooldown lap Zeke gasped, "You know? We're having a great workout." I was even able to stay "with" the group (Aidan, Sam, Michael, and Griffin) on a few of them; I suppose that's thanks to Sam quite insistently pushing me forward the whole time. There was a drastically different TEAM sense around the affair that, for me at least, never seems to happen during hard workouts such as this one.
