Comments:
12x800 on the macadam with 1:00 jog recovery and then a few strides afterward. Times were 2:45, 2:44, 2:41, 2:43, 2:42, 2:42, 2:42, 2:41, 2:34, 2:33, 2:33, 2:33. I made sure not to go too slow on the jog recovery, no slower than 7:30 pace. Felt relaxed and strong the whole way. Another good, fairly easy workout in the bag.
