Comments:
With older boys. Pace built a bit throughout working from 8 flat down to 7:30. That pace seems disturbingly quick for this old man. Manageable, but requiring a bit of focus at times. Knees are certainly not as consistently bad, but they still make their presence known on uphills, uneven surfaces, etc.
