Weather: very warm and beautiful with a slight breeze
Comments:
this is probably the worst run I have had in a while!! I guess I am just really tired from a bad nights sleep and my legs felt like lead weights!!!!!!!! I did increase my distance by .2 miles on a pretty big hill.
