Arrived at Lehigh around 2 and we picked up brian and we headed over to goodman to warm up for 2 miles. Brian is currently sitting in my room talking about how fresh these shoes are he is going to get. pussy. Anyways, just reconfigured my room and its pretty sick. but anyways, our workout was 8x300 in 47 so I was like oh hey this workout is going to be easy as shit. False. We started and it felt like we were going so fast but we were actually going so slow. Our first one was exactly 47.00 and then was the only 47 we hit. the rest were under and i did a good job on keeping control on the last one. From the 5-8 repeat i felt god awful about 10-15 seconds after we finished the repeat for some reason. it was weird as shit. Times were as followed....
