Ran really hard. I didn't think that I would PR because i thought that getting back to my 17:16 Marmion time might just be too hard to hit after being hurt so yeah. I was just aiming to run hard and do my best and I ended up hitting a 17:08 and kicked the hardest I've ever kicked in my life with Solis from like 400-500 busting my balls. I almost threw up for the first time after a race. I didn get my splits but I came in around 5:20 at the mile which would be like a 10 second PR in the mile lol that was cool
