Comments:
One of my favorite kinds of runs, where you start with the sun starting to go down and when you finish up in the dark. I felt pretty sore during the run but my legs started feeling pretty good a couple miles into the run. I think the first couple miles I was cramping up from the cereal I had just had. I think I read somewhere that you can condition your stomach to adapt to being able to run soon after eating so I might try that.
