Comments:
was feeling kinda jittery in the library so I thought i'd go for a run- first one in a week (ellipticaled twice but otherwise took the week completely off). Ran in vibrams and started off at a decent pace but was feeling so good during it that my pace dropped dramatically. splits on the garmin were 822 758 712 and 712 pace for the last .6 of a mile. pretty surprised, and just was going for a decently hard effort. Also, feet felt great running in the vibrams- i'm going to try to increase how far i run in them.
