Comments:
7 min run 1 minute walk x4 with 2 min at the end a bit faster.
Feeling pretty good, esp cardiovascularly.
R calf 2/10 tight. No knee pain.
Continued gait retraining, seemed a bit harder to do this run. But do feel like hip mobility is helping.
