so i havent ran in 3 days so i said to myself i have to do something. After studying and doing a study guide until 10 i went for a short run, i wanted it to be longer however my breathing was awful, i felt like air was going in but into an empty void not my lungs. Unlike my lungs my legs felt amazing!!! they felt ready to go strong and easy going. today in engineering class i day dreamed of the marathon, at first it was all negative i have to run this marathon uggh but then i thought you know its not something everyone can do and i need to attack it!!! Richmond here i come ready or not im still coming!
