Comments:
Ran the Z-Man course, Wussed out after the 2nd mile for some stupid reason probably because i was breathing real hard since i only ran 1 out of 5 days before this. Still was a dumb decision to stop especially since i just ran my best 2 mile split for the summer and all i had to do was break 10 minute last mile to beat my best 5k of this summer, but did jog/walk for 13 minutes after than but more walkin then jogging. 1st Mile: 7:35, 2nd Mile: 9:09.
