Comments:
4 mile tempo at 530 pace, sort of threw people off a bit becaues it was tougher than we expected it to be. but we generaly stayed together.
went to the track, did a fast mile, stuck with david at 444. it was surprisingly easy actually i wasnt sore, or breathing all that hard. good confidence builder
