Comments:
10 in the park, at a good clip. Came through the bridge in 7 min for the first time all summer, just over 10 min for the orange loop. 4 hill sprints after. Made a good choice putting off lifting until friday. Had to walk/jog the entire dirt cheap course at work today, meaning 6 miles over the most ridiculous trails in the park carrying piles of cones. Needless to say, very tired tonight.
