Comments:
Doing a workout alone at night is impossible. It was either too dark to see or I was getting blinded by car headlights. Not being able to see just completely destroyed my sense of pace and effort. I thought I was going like 5:20 pace on the first one only to run 11:36. During the repeat I felt like I had no ability to gauge how hard I was pushing. It was only after I stopped that I realized how easy I had been running. During the 3rd repeat I twisted my ankle pretty hard in a pothole about a half mile in and had to stop and limp home. Fortunately this workout was extremely easy and I'll have no trouble trying again tomorrow
