Comments:
Another abortive failure of a workout. The track was covered in snow and the roads and sidewalks were covered in a slippery slush. My ankle was really tender and between that and the snow going fast was impossible. I tried to run more on the track but it was way too slippery. Hopefully the snow will be melted on the roads by tomorrow afternoon and I can actually get in a real workout.
