Comments:
About half of lane 1 and all of lanes 7 and 8 were covered in snow. The rest was covered in slush. Running in it was a little slow but not as bad as I expected. It killed my legs, though. I had to wear spikes because it was too slippery not to, and by the end of the workout my legs were just shot. I wanted to do another 800 but decided not to to spare my legs. 3:00 rest after the 2 mile and 2:00 rest after everything else.
