Finally a Workout

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Went to the RPAC mid-morning since no classes today. Was planning on doing a 2 mile tempo, then a 1 mile tempo. Did the 2 mile tempo at 6:07 pace, but didn't feel strong enough to do another mile after a short break. A bit disappointing since I want this workout to be easy, but I'm nowhere near in shape so I couldn't expect much. Before long, this will be easy.

No knee problems so I think the preventative measures are working.
