Comments:
Hit 6:45-7's. Up to the park, 10 minutes in there and then back, but took the longer way. Surged for about 5 minutes up the big hill and then cruised home. Way overheated. Head was throbbing for a couple hours until i took a cold shower. Upper body lifting in the afternoon.
