Comments:
We did one of my all time favorite routes, loughboro down to capital crescent and loop back to school. Today was the first day where I truly appreciated comments Anthony has made about accumulative fatigue--that is, the type that builds up over months. I used to think that I could take a day off and reset everything for the next day.
