Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Not a terribly difficult workout today. Just a rust buster to get the legs used to running at a somewhat faster pace. We were assigned 4x200 at R pace to get the legs a little bit warmed up. Then 4x400 at F pace and then 4x200 at F pace. We did when it was dark, and windy on the outdoor track and it was cold AF. regardless we all had a great first workout. I finished in the lead on every one and this are the times:
