Pre-lifting run

had a lazy day today after i crushed a calc quiz. whatever. Then read a chapter of eco on taxation, that shit is so fucked up especially for corporations. oh well, anyways greg and I ran from sayre and did center main 6 and then once we got back on I did 2 quick loops of campus to add on an extra 2 miles. Then biked for 5 mintues before i did 2x6 sets of squats and cleans. I really hurt my back on the last set of cleans and it is KILLING me right now. I hop i didnt seriously hurt it. Then just did 10 reps of 115 on bench for funnsies and it was easy AF. Then joined the freshmen for an intense round of 5 v 5 basketball. Probably not the wisest decision considering I had just hurt my back. Ended by jumper from the side. money. Then boned with all of those guys and just made it back to the apartment and about to get ready to go out to 535s All around the world party. Should be interesting. Time to get ready for 4:09 and 1:53
