Comments:
interesting workout.
2 mile-ish tempo, then rest/talk and striders (4 100m, 4 40m)
3200 meters of fast 200, less fast 200 (target 35 / 48). finished in 10:59 for an 82.5 second 400 average, which was right on target overall (35 + 48 = 83)
then rest a bit and a mile getting ten seconds faster each 400, 100s -> 90s -> 80s -> 70s. fist lap was about right, second lap was faster than target, dont know about third, last was about 67, 5:25 total i think.

felt pretty good in this workout, neither of the first two parts tired me out much, and I was glad anthony suggested that last mile. definitely felt it by the end, which was good
