Comments:
Usual pace for first 3.6, then pushed the last 3 around tempo feel. Not sure what my pace was exactly on the last 3, but if felt around 6-6:10. Felt especially smooth and relaxed on this.

I was hoping this was going to be 7, but I am close enough to 30 this week to be satisfied.
