Exercise Type: Run

Weather: near 50 and beautiful

Comments:
Jogged easy to AU from home. (Caught three leaves en route.) Joined in on some of Naomi Miller's workout. Ran a 5:58 1600m with her and then timed the boys for a bit. Jumped back in and ran three by 300m. ~56, 54, 52 or something like that. Didn't really focus on my times, but was pleased to be up on my toes running a workout for the first time in over two years. Team going to NC is silly strong. No real cooldown after which costs me Sunday.
