Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Girls are getting ready for state meet saturday. We ran about 3 miles combined in warmup, cool down, and 2x400s on the track.
I came home and after feeling guilty once consuming a very unhealthy hamburger i decided to run a little more...haha I didn't run fast by any means, i was carrying part of a cow in my stomach but i was running. Went about 2.5 miles in 23 minute...yes pathetic i know
