Comments:
picked up shane around 7 and we went to the villages to get an easy 5 miler in. Our first mile was 7 flat and then we dropped a few 6:30s before bringing it back up to 7 to close out the run. Then buffalo wild wings to close out the night was spectacular. Kev P, Jim, and Brandon asian guy met us there. good day overrall
