Comments:
3 mile tempo in 16:26, 2:00 rest then 3x400 in 71, 70, 69 with 400 meter jog rest (7:00 pace). This should have been an absolute joke but it was pretty difficult. The 400s felt like a sprint. I honestly thought I was running 65 pace or faster. I was shocked that they were only around 70 seconds. I feel like my fitness, especially my speed has just continued to deteriorate.
