Hit the trails with Zach! Ran further today than I have in the past 2 weeks!!

Went from David's Place, through East, then did the Valley View Course, but finished with Lake Trail, then back the same way to our cars.

Absolutely perfect day and felt good but my legs were still kinda tight from football. Glad to be running again.
