Workout was 1/2 mile warmup 3 200's with equal cooldown, 3 400's half distant cooldown followed by 3 200's equal cooldown, felt hard because first workout of year neglected to do many E Runs (3) since break began so knee was hurting and is still hurting as of 9:00
