Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
A lot of snow on the ground so I couldn't do a track workout like I wanted. Did a short steady state instead and it felt good and very easy. I felt back to normal after feeling out of shape the past couple weeks. Averaged around 6:05 pace which included slowing down a lot of times to navigate the snow. Did a few strides after.
