Weather: cool high 30s :)

Comments:
ran with sara and becca for half and with yoyo for the whole thing. felt good in the beginning but my fault, we went a bit fast out.. so i held back and went at a slower pace. it was a good run but shins got pretty tight by the end. breathing was a bit hard today :( idk i felt like i had it controlled. but still a good run today! :)

splits: 9:18, 9:45, 9:46.

extra: 15 minute ab workout. OW.
