Time for some monthly goals...

first week: Get out for at least 5 real runs and get to 30 miles Be good about PT work (3-4 times).

second week: Run 5 days minimum and hit 30-35 miles with some striders and PT work 3 times

third week: In CA. Discipline. Run 6 days and hit 35 minimum with one long day over 70min.

fourth week: NYC/DC 6 runs. Aim for 40 miles including an actual speed workout and a long day. PT still 2-3 times per week.
