Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
20x200 @ pace, pace, pace, fast w/ JBR. The pace ones were almost always 34's with a couple of 33's in there. The fast one's were 29, 30, 30, 30, 29. I was feeling a little sick at the begining of the workout but ended up feeling pretty good during it. Definitely feel like I can run a fast mile this weekend. I'm excited.
