Weather: windy and low 60's

Comments:
Went out and back route at the house. The way out was nothing but a headwind. On the way back was a tailwind. Didn't try to keep up the intensity today just let my body run what it wanted to. Felt tired around 2.5 miles but got my strength back the last 2.
