gettin' better all the time

Comments:
I may have messed up the timing, but this was a lot better of a pace than I expected to run at this point. I'm still breathing very hard and feeling slow, but I just need another week or two to get back to my normal road run pace. My goal for this week is 35 miles, and next week I will add in some longer runs.
